A year ago today, I was challenged by a Christian leader to seek God intentionally through prayer and revisit those prayers at specific intervals: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months later.
Being the obedient (insert an Ashley giggle here 😉) woman that I am, I accepted the challenge and wrote down exactly what I desired to see unfold in each season. Of course, there were practical things I needed to do to align myself with those outcomes, but every time one of those reminders appeared on my iPhone, I realized something quietly powerful:
God was answering each one of those prayers.
This reflection became much bigger than I expected.
What started as a simple reminder about prayer turned into a realization about growth, harvest seasons, obedience, and the quiet ways God changes us over time.
